The Challenger program aims to assist the Parks and Recreation Department and high school coach in training 10 - 18 year olds in basic technical competences. We strive to create a positive environment in which the female athletes feel confident and comfortable to help facilitate growth and learning experiences. Our female staff aims to inspire, guide and encourage players, resulting in a greater enjoyment of the game and play at a higher level.
