Boxing Gloves
Are you interested in high intensity interval training?  Kickboxing will provide you with an action packed cardio workout.  This one hour class is a great way to lose weight, get toned, and increase flexibility while learning valuable self-defense skills.  Class consists of a warm-up, skill practice, multiple rounds of interval kickboxing training, and abdominal work.
