Teens in yoga class.
Have you ever wanted to try yoga but felt intimidated by fast-paced, more advanced classes?  Or think you need to be more "flexible" before you even try?  This Yoga Flow class is appropriate for people of all fitness levels.  We will begin with fundamental asana poses with a focus on alignment mixed with slow flow so you can build strength while relaxing your mind.  Yoga is truly for everybody and all yoga poses can be modified to accommodate every body safely.  In this class you will move, stetch, strengthen and deeply relax.  Please bring a yoga mat, and if you have them, yoga blocks.
